Growing up, the most utilized room in my grandparent's home seemed to be their large dining room where the family would get together for big dinners. In that room, there were three fairly large pictures on the wall: 1) my grandparents wedding picture, 2) a rendering of our family's patron saint, and 3) a picture of FDR. He was, rightly so, a heroic figure to millions.
Today's NEOCONS have done their best to destroy the legacy of FDR - and JFK for that matter.

I've often wondered what FDR would think about what's going on in the US today...?
I know one thing - if he WERE alive today, he'd be very, very old.
